Hotel Rules

In order to ensure you have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding during your stay in our hotel, please observe the following house rules:

  • Hotel accommodation may only be used by guests who are properly registered at the front desk. On the day of arrival, please check in from 2:00 PM.

  • On the day of departure, please check out of your room by 11:00 AM. Staying in the room after this time will incur an additional day-use charge. For the possibility of a late check-out, please contact the front desk.

  • In case of early departure, please notify the front desk no later than 10:00 AM the day before. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay.

  • For shorter stays, please make payment upon arrival. For longer stays, payment is required every seven days. All additional services used during your stay (e.g. telephone, minibar, etc.) will be charged subsequently, in accordance with the current price list.

  • Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are charged daily, according to the current price list. Upon arrival, please register your vehicle or motorcycle at the front desk. Otherwise, the hotel does not assume responsibility for any damage caused in the parking area.

  • For your safety and privacy, a safe is available in each room. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. Please report any lost or found items to the front desk.

  • In case of technical issues or other concerns related to your room, please contact the front desk.

  • For your own safety and the safety of your children, please follow all warning signs, restrictions, and instructions provided by hotel staff. Do not leave children unattended. Please report any situation that may endanger the health or safety of guests or staff to the front desk immediately.

  • Please take care of the hotel’s property and equipment. Bedding, towels, and other items must not be removed from the room. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them or persons under their responsibility and are required to compensate the hotel for such damage.

  • Visitors are not allowed in rooms without prior approval from the front desk.

  • Pets are allowed for an additional fee, in accordance with the current price list. Pets are not permitted in hotel restaurants or other food and beverage outlets.

  • Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the hotel.

  • Please avoid disturbing the peace and quiet between midnight and 7:00 AM.

  • Guests who do not comply with these house rules or who disturb other guests or staff may be asked to leave the hotel. Any intentional damage will be charged to the guest.

  • By using hotel accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with and agrees to these house rules and conditions.

  • Please report any complaints or comments during your stay so we can respond promptly and improve your experience.

CHECK-OUT

On the day of departure, please check out of your room by 11:00 AM. Keeping the room beyond this time will result in an additional day-use charge. For the possibility of a late check-out, please contact the front desk. To avoid early morning queues at the reception, you may settle your bill the evening before.

DO NOT DISTURB

The "Do Not Disturb" sign placed on your door will be fully respected. If you do not wish to receive phone calls or wish to resume receiving them, please inform the front desk.

LINEN AND TOWELS

Towel replacement is available daily. Bed linen is changed every two days or as needed. If you require additional pillows, sheets, towels, or toiletries, our staff will be happy to assist.
To support environmental awareness and responsible energy use, please leave only the towels you wish to have replaced in the bathtub or shower.

WASHING, IRONING AND DRY-CLEANING SERVICES

In the wardrobe, you will find a laundry and ironing request form, along with a laundry bag. Please fill in the form clearly – keep the first copy for yourself and place the remaining copies in the bag together with the laundry. Leave the bag in a visible place in your room.
Laundry and ironing services are charged according to the current price list. Dry cleaning is available Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Items received between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM will be returned the same day by 6:00 PM. Items received after 10:00 AM will be returned the next day by 6:00 PM.

For a great start to your day and added comfort, we recommend our in-room breakfast service.
Please hang the completed breakfast order form on the outside of your room door by 5:00 AM at the latest.

PACKED LUNCH

If you are unable to use one of your meal services at the restaurant, please cancel the meal and request a lunch package at the front desk no later than 8:00 PM the day before.

    Water is a precious and limited resource that directly affects the environment. Please help us reduce consumption by turning off the tap while applying shampoo or brushing your teeth.
  • Energy Conservation
    Please turn off any lights you do not need. As the room temperature is controlled by an automated air-conditioning system, we kindly ask you to keep all windows and doors closed for optimal system performance.
  • Waste Reduction
    Please dispose of all waste and cigarette butts in the designated bins.
  • Preventing Water and Soil Pollution
    To minimize the risk of pollution, please handle oily liquids and fuels with care. In case of an accident, please contact our staff – they will assist you and provide absorbent materials if needed.

Safety

YOUR SAFETY

Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation routes and exits displayed on the inside of your room door. By acting responsibly, you contribute to your own safety and the safety of other guests and hotel staff.
Please be cautious at all times to avoid the risk of fire.

IN CASE OF FIRE OR SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM

  • Call the front desk at 6100, state your room number, and clearly describe the situation.
  • If the room is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose, and eyes with a damp cloth or towel.
  • Leave the room and close the door behind you.
  • Follow the green emergency exit signs in the hallways.
  • Do not use the elevator, as it will stop functioning in case of emergency. Use the stairways as indicated on the evacuation plan.

FIRE ALARM PROCEDURE

  • If the door is not hot, carefully open it and proceed to the nearest evacuation exit.
  • Take your room key with you in case you need to return if the exit path is blocked.
  • If the hallway is filled with smoke, cover your mouth, nose, and eyes with a damp cloth or towel.
  • Stay low to the ground – smoke rises, and the air is cleaner closer to the floor.
  • Follow the green emergency exit signs and use stairs, not elevators.

IF YOU MUST STAY IN THE ROOM

  • If the door is hot, do not open it.
  • Use wet towels, sheets, or clothing to seal the door and air vents to prevent smoke from entering.
  • Call the front desk (6100) and inform them of your exact location.
  • Stay calm and wait for further instructions.
  • Stand by the window to make yourself visible to emergency responders.

FIRE PREVENTION GUIDELINES

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.
  • Do not leave electrical devices, burning candles, or similar heat sources unattended.

Room service is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM by calling 6817. The service is charged according to the hotel’s current price list.
A delivery fee of €6.00 applies per order.

For your convenience, please call 6817 after your meal so that we may collect the trays.
